we have travelled several times with Riviera and will do so again. Our disappointment with this trip is more to do with things beyond the influence of one tour company
Well I already have another holiday booked with Riviera in June so I hope the last holiday was an isolated occurrence.

It is disheartening to learn that you found your experience with us so disappointing. The docking places are allocated by the harbour masters and subject to availability so this aspect is beyond our control, regrettably; however, we are genuinely sorry for the dissatisfaction caused. Your feedback has been passed to our Product Team who are responsible for the design and smooth running of this tour, so please be assured they will be taking your comments into consideration when reviewing this programme for future tours.
