Good selection of holidays for the discerning traveller. Efficient friendly, staff at Head Office. Very helpful with choosing aircraft seats and with boarding cards. ( Ryanair computer did not work)
We cannot praise this holiday enough and are optimistic that a similar tour will be available next year commencing at Split and travelling north. We will certainly be keen to take advantage of this...

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.
With regard to your personal concerns for the length of excursions on the tour, I am sorry to hear that you found this to be too much and felt rushed. As I am sure you can imagine, the length of time spent in particular locations on our tours is a very subjective and difficult balance to strike; what is not enough time for one client might be more than enough for another. Of course, whilst there are also huge advantages, I'm afraid to say that this has to be one of the disadvantages of travelling within a group, but we hope that we get the balance right for the majority of our visits most of the time. The same also applies to your personal opinion on the suitability of the excursions for the age group and the briefings on board. Each month our Product Manager collates the feedback we receive from our clients and takes all recommendations into careful consideration when deciding what is working and, of course, what needs to be altered to try and meet the preferences of our clients; so to this end I have duly passed on a copy of your correspondence to our Product Manager for her review.
