We loved the excursions but thought the gardens at Mateus Palace to be uncared for and in need of a great deal of attention.

While travel arrangements are periodically reviewed to reflect operational requirements and rail network availability, we recognise that the current route may be less convenient for some guests, particularly when changing trains with luggage. Easy and straightforward to book, the brochure accurately reflected the cruise on offer. Slight problem encountered at airport check-in but this was quickly and efficiently handled by Riviera staff.
