We regret to learn that you found your hotel room to be noisy. We do hope you had the opportunity to raise this with your tour manager while on tour. When they are made aware of any concerns, they are typically very good at finding a suitable resolution so guests can continue to enjoy their tour in full. As is typical within the travel/tourism industry and to allow housekeeping to clean and make the necessary preparations, check in time is usually from 3pm. Our partnered suppliers are always happy to allow earlier check in if, if the necessary cleaning is complete.
