We are sorry to hear that your recent experience in Rome did not meet your expectations, especially after your positive experience with the Classic Spain tour last year. We understand that issues with the hotel's air conditioning and lighting can be very uncomfortable, and we regret that you encountered this during your stay. We also note your comment regarding the duration of your stay in Rome.
Good service. It was our honeymoon and we requested a double bed but it was a twin. I reported it to a Riviera Rep but nothing was done. The other 2 Reps were very good.

We are sorry to hear that your request regarding the bed configuration was not resolved after being raised onboard. For clarity, the double beds on our ships are generally configured as two twin beds pushed together and dressed as a double bed. We regret any disappointment or misunderstanding this may have caused, particularly as you were celebrating your honeymoon.

The beds were seperate with walking space between. Not twins pushed together.
Easy to contact Riviera staff before thd holiday.
On board the Riviera staff were very easy to talk to, and made sure we were well informed.
