We are sorry to hear that your holiday did not meet your expectations and that you encountered difficulties when disembarking the ship. As part of our booking process, we ask guests to provide detailed information regarding any mobility limitations so that we can ensure they are aware of the nature of river cruising, including the possibility of steps, gangplanks and varying mooring arrangements. These can sometimes result in longer walking distances ashore and access routes that may not be suitable for all mobility levels. We appreciate your comments and are sorry that you felt the arrangements did not adequately meet your needs on this occasion

While it is in general a very safe city and pick pocketing affects many countries across the world, it is something to be mindful of particularly in tourist heavy areas. We're sorry to hear that you witnessed an attempt to pick pocket whilst on tour but was pleased to hear this was unsuccessful.
