This was our fifth holiday with Riviera and by far the most disappointing. The previous holidays we have really enjoyed.

Hi Jane,
Thank you for taking the time to review your recent trip with us to Dubrovnik, the Dalmatian Coast and Montenegro.
Your detailed and constructive feedback is gratefully received, however there are various points raised that are most disconcerting to read.
Your feedback on the standard of service delivered by your Tour Manager, the overall design of the itinerary, as well as the view you received from your rooms in both hotels and the condition of the transfer coach have all been noted and are due to be discussed in further detail during our Senior Management meeting taking place next week.
Your feedback has also been passed onto the relevant members of our Senior Management responsible for each area of our service that fell short of your rightful expectations, so please be assured that your feedback has been treated very seriously.
We really do hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back onto another Riviera holiday sometime in the near future, and we thank you for bringing these matters to our attention, thus affording us the opportunity to offer our personal apologies for your disappointment and take action as appropriate for the benefit of our future clients.
