We sincerely regret to hear that you were unhappy with the additional supplements charged by our partnered supplier Jet2. Please be advised that these charges are aligned with Jet 2's website and as per their requirements. We do understand this was resolved for you prior to departure.
We also regret to hear that the complimentary hotel provided for guests waiting for later flights home, did not meet your expectations.
