While we were pleased to hear that you thought the food and on-board staff were excellent, we regret to learn that a mix up at the airport delayed the start of your holiday. Please be assured that this has been investigated with our partnered supplier and we understand that the appropriate redress was processed while you were on the cruise, for the inconvenience and delay.
Experience with phone calls to the Riviera office was mixed, with some conflicting advice given. Some issues seem to be made more complicated than they needed to be!

We would have liked to have added some days in a hotel before or after the cruise, but when we requested this we were told it was not possible. We were led to believe when initially booking that this would be possible at a later date.
