Generally excellent service both booking and on the tour. However, I have two gripes: 1) the travel documentation does not include check in time at the airport. We arrived more than an hour ahead...

Excellent although the hotel in Salzburg is quite a walk from anywhere and is more suited to business people than people who are older and not as good walking
