Great company organised well, knowledgeable tour guides. Maybe need to liaise with hotels more and find out about what is not available and how restaurant run (Hotel Europa).

Apart from restaurant manager concerns and the hotel having a 4 star rating in comparison with other 4 star hotels we have stayed in like no bar and no availability of drinks during the day the holiday was very good in a beautiful area.

For future reference, we can give you the details of our Baggageman service, who transport your luggage for you prior to your departure, and return it back to you, a few days after arriving home. Many of our guests do enjoy the ease of this service.

On board ship all services was excellent.
Attention to detail pre travel was a little sketchy.
We had to chase tickets as they didn’t arrive.
