While the onboard team sought to provide refreshments following your arrival, we're sorry that the options available did not fully meet your expectations. We also regret to hear that your arrival experience did not meet expectations, particularly regarding the airport transfer arrangements and the walk to the ship with luggage in very hot conditions.
