Excellent service, good range of tours and knowledgeable guides.
The bus tour of Paris was also good.....various sites to see and at night the light show from the Eiffel tower.

Horrendous delays at Porto airport due to new passport rules - queued for 3 hours in a heatwave no seats available.

All very good and personalised, well explained- except for the unpleasant Ryanair surprise which I only found out after I'd paid the deposit. It's a means to an end however.
