We’re also glad that the electronic communication providing your flight, hotel, and cruise details was useful overall. Please note that guests can request a paper copy of their itinerary by contacting our Customer Service team prior to travel. We appreciate your comments regarding intermittent WiFi on the cruise, which sometimes made accessing your itinerary more difficult.
In relation to mobility, we do discuss levels of mobility with guests at the time of booking, and our sales team are always happy to guide customers on the suitability of their holiday choices to ensure they select the most appropriate tour for their needs.
