We are pleased to hear that you found the holiday overall very good and that you enjoyed the food, along with the included wine and beverages. We are sorry that your initial onboard experience was not ideal, particularly following your early start. To clarify, access to cabins on our tours is generally from 4pm, allowing our onboard team sufficient time to prepare for arriving guests, as is standard in hotels. On occasion, some cabins may be available earlier, but this cannot be guaranteed. We also appreciate your comments regarding the cabin size and food selections. Your feedback is important to us as we continue to enhance our guest experience.

However, we are sorry to learn that certain aspects of your onboard experience did not meet expectations. We regret any frustration caused regarding the handling of excursion details and ticket distribution. In some locations, tickets are only made available to us on arrival due to local supplier arrangements. That said, we appreciate how important clear communication is and will ensure your comments are shared with the relevant teams to enhance consistency and organisation. With regards to mobility, we aim to cater for a range of requirements and strive to be as transparent as possible in our holiday information so guests can make informed decisions. We are sorry if this was not fully clear in your case. While lifts are available to most decks on board, access to the sundeck is via steps, and there may occasionally be circumstances during mooring where step access is required. We do apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused, particularly given your mobility concerns, and we will continue to review how we communicate these details . We do hope that you were able to enjoy many other aspects of your holiday.
