Rhine Cruise to Switzerland

You can not believe how upsetting this was for me and the majority of your customers. I actually cried when it was cancelled as it was one of the reasons I took this cruise. We were only sailing six days and to loose one of them was truly heartbreaking. Why on earth would it be in the holiday makers interest to sit alongside a refuelling ship for almost 4 hours surely this could have been done in the evening or whilst we were asleep. How could it have been possible to be ready for the onshore trip when we were still an hour and a half from docking and also had a loch to go through. You need to make it clearer to people that the schedule is so fluid.
