With regard to your personal concerns for the amount of time spent on the coach, I am sorry to hear that you found this excessive. Due to the geography of the region it can be difficult to avoid. There is always a fine balance to be made between giving enough time and variation in locations visited to do justice to the visit and ensuring the day is not too tiring.
I am also sorry to learn that you experienced these flight delays on both your outbound and return journeys. Whilst these delays are very much outside of our control, we should still be communicating effectively with our clients during these times, so I hope you will accept our genuine apologies if you felt this was not the case.
