We work tirelessly to ensure the very highest quality levels for our tours and it is disappointing that you were not happy with your holiday. With regard your concerns with the flight times and length of the holiday; in line with most other tour operators, we advertise our holidays by duration in days where day 1 is the day the tour departs from the UK and, in this case, day 8 is the day the tour returns to the UK. I am concerned to learn that you were not aware of the flight times as these were included on our website at the time of your booking. We do always make our clients aware of the flight time before they confirm a booking so they can decide whether these are appropriate for their own personal circumstances. Rest assured we constantly monitor client feedback and your comments will prove extremely helpful in highlighting key areas that require our attention.
