Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Nice comfortable coach trip mostly avoiding motorways and traffic.

Need to get the seat belts improved on the coach. Quite difficult to pull from the back of the seats. Needed the driver to assist quite a lot of the older folk travelling.
