Sorry to hear that your item hasn't been received as yet. We are awaiting tracking info from the couriers, and will let you know as soon as we have heard back. Please don't worry, if it has gone missing we will have a replacement with you before Christmas. The email that you sent to us on Saturday has only just been received, as we don't work on weekends. Rest assured that we are now on the case! :)

Having had contact from Red Candy, it was down to the courriers
that caused the problem. The courriers are being made aware
and this has now all been resolved very swiftly. I was offered another delivery with priority shipping.
Would recommend Red Candy to shop with.
