Company offering excellent goods and service, let down by its courier. After complaint, director Andy Menzies phoned and emailed until the goods were delivered.
I'm ever so sorry to hear that your timer isn't working properly - these should definitely do a bit of ringing when the clock runs down to zero. You are more than welcome to pop it back in the post to us and we will exchange it for a tried and tested version. We will, of course, refund you for the return postage.

Sorry that you have not received your wine carafe. It looks as though it is being returned to us, so as agreed on the telephone I will have a replacement sent out immediately, via an alternative courier.

Further to my recent rating, I'd like to say how amazing Andrew has been at rectifying my lack of delivery. He called me as soon as he received my feedback & voila, I had my Carafe delivered to me the following day. Great customer service. I'd 100% use Red Candy again.
I don't get any information when the goods wil be send. It is not possible to follow the shipment online.
Fingers crossed that the delivery will be in time before chrismas...

Sorry you've not received these as yet. I have just had more glasses packed and despatched today, so fingers crossed either the original parcel, or the replacements, arrive in Belgium before Christmas!
