Good Morning Mr C, thank you for your feedback. We are disappointed you felt your visit was too long. We always advise our customers, at the time of booking, how long we expect to require the vehicle for and we apologise if this was not done. A 72,000 mile service is typically 1.5 hours, the MOT is 1.0 hour and we allow 30 minutes for a free wash and hoover.
