Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

The main negative point concerns the amount of suitcase handling that had to be done including walking some distances for the age range of the customers. Otherwise the overall trip was very good.

Some of the rail journeys were too long,boring, and uncomfortable, spoiling a potentially good holiday. Maybe our expectations were too high.
