Thank you for your feedback following your recent holiday with us to Italy.
I was pleased to see from your completed customer satisfaction questionnaire that you had an enjoyable holiday overall and that you would consider travelling with us again one day.
I do, however, very much regret the problems you encountered on the journey home . We had originally understood that tour coaches were exempt from the Car Free Day in Paris and I appreciate the alternative of the Paris Metro was not ideal on this occasion.
I am grateful to you for your views about the group and the hotel and would reassure you that we will use your feedback in our review of the tour going forward.
