Disappointing

Despite filling in the correct details the confirmation stated the cakes were going to the billing address. I had to phone and change the delivery address as they were for someone else.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review, it is never nice to read when a customer is disappointed in our product or service, and we take such comments very seriously. I am sorry to read about the mix up on the website, without replicating the order it is hard to say exactly what happened, if you have ordered from us before, it is possible that the previous address was pre-populated, or a box was ticked to copy the delivery address from the billing address. I do apologise for any confusion and am glad this was spotted and rectified by our customer services team who are always more than happy to help. Following on from your service review, I am again sorry to read that you were left feeling a little underwhelmed with our cupcakes. I would like to reassure you that our cupcakes are handmade in our onsite bakery, are sent out fresh each day, and we only use the best ingredients. Our buttercream is made with excellent quality butter mixed with icing sugar, no synthetics and so I am saddened to read that they were not to your taste.
