Unfortunately, the shipment was held in Customs far longer than expected, which was outside of our direct control, but we fully appreciate that this does not make the situation any less frustrating from your side. We also understand how receiving numerous DHL notifications without meaningful progress updates would have only added to that frustration. While we dispatched the order promptly, the Customs delay clearly impacted the delivery experience, and for that we sincerely apologise. We are pleased that the shipment has now been successfully delivered, although we fully acknowledge that the wait was far from acceptable.
