I have looked into your order, and I can see it took 4 working days to arrive, which is slightly outside our usual 1–3 day estimate, and we apologize for that. Thank you for your honest feedback, Chris. I can see that you initially ordered 16 bearings but only required 8, so we made that adjustment for you. As mentioned in my email on 05/23, it appears the bearings you originally ordered were not the correct type for your application. The correct ones are the F-series bearings, which you can view here: https://www.qualitybearingsonline.com/f685-2z-zen-deep-groove-ball-bearings-5x11x5mm/.I truly understand how confusing and frustrating this situation must be, and I’ve been doing everything I can to get it sorted for you as quickly as possible.
