Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear you’ve had a negative experience with your order. Looking at our records I can see there was a slight miscommunication between you and a member of our customer service team regarding a partial refund. We have issued a partial refund for the 8 damaged boards as are you are making use of them. We did also offer to collect these and resend but you requested a refund. We do apologise for the inconvenience caused.

This was sent direct from the manufacturer, we do apologise for the delay with this, we were originally told this should be with you on the 5th July however when we chased this up we were then advised that this hadn’t actually been dispatched. If we had been made aware of this before, we would have contacted you straight away. I can see the goods have now been delivered and your carriage charge has been refunded due to the inconvenience caused.

I can only apologise for the 2 failed deliveries by our couriers, this does happen in the odd occasion, and the damaged goods upon delivery and I will raise this with them to take some more care.
