Be prepared for damage.
Buying item easy, quick delivery. But most of the cladding was damaged.

Hi, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you’ve had a negative experience with your delivery. Unfortunately, on rare occasion long lengths can be damaged during transit with our courier over long distances. We do advise customers to make contact with ourselves so we can rectify any issues within a quick and timely manner. I can see from our records we have had no contact from yourself to resolve this issue.

Hi, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you've had a negative experience with your delivery. Unfortunately long items can get damaged in transit via the courier which is why we ask for them to be checked within 48 hours so we can notify the courier, however, we will always do what we can to help resolve any issues out of this time period.

Unfortunately, due to their long and fragile nature, on rare occasion goods can get damaged in transit. Hi, thank you for your review. As per our website, in the delivery & returns tab underneath the product, it does state this is on a 10-working day lead time. This is also stated in our customer support section under ARP deliveries and returns. We apologise if you don’t think this was clear enough and I will raise this with our marketing team to see if there is anything we can do to make this clearer.
