We’re really pleased to hear that you’re happy with the quality of the food, although we’re sorry to hear about the condition of the boxes when they arrived. We completely understand your concern about the food being soft to the touch, particularly when the delivery has only just arrived. Our packaging and ice levels are designed around the weather and expected transit time, but we appreciate that warmer conditions can affect how quickly the food begins to thaw, and we’ll certainly take your comments about the ice pack on board. If your food is still cold to the touch, it can generally be placed straight into the freezer. However, if you’re ever concerned about the temperature or condition of your delivery, please email our support team at support@prodograw.com with some details and photos, and we’ll be happy to help.
