Hi there We are sorry to hear that you have had a delivery problem however we are aware of this issue. It failed on day 1 and was put on a pre-1pm for the following day. The parcel arrived at 11.27am which was within the 48 hours stated in our terms and conditions. The parcel had actually been stored in the freezer in this time so it wasn't defrosted. We know that you have discussed this with a member of our team as well as with the couriers. Once again we apologise for any inconvenience but the food was delivered within our terms and still frozen. Please do let us know if we can be of further assistance. Kind Regards Team ProDog
