Only criticism is that of the two deliveries we have requested both were delayed by one day from the original delivery date.

Hi there Sean. Unfortunately, this was due to circumstances beyond our control. During the recent Covid-19 crisis we, like everyone, have been navigating our way through uncertain times. On the whole we have managed to keep to our usual great terms of service but on this occasion it was unavoidable which was why we contacted everyone to explain the issue. Broken tubs
The only reason I have marked their score down is because about 4 of my tubs came cracked and broken therefore when I was defrosting them it left mess (blood) everywhere
