Our records show that you called and emailed at 10:27, then sent further emails at 10:33 and 10:37. Our team responded at 10:47, which was within 20 minutes of your first email and within 10 minutes of your final follow-up. That said, we appreciate that when an order has not arrived and you are trying to get urgent support, the experience can still feel stressful and frustrating. We’re sorry the delivery failed and that the situation left you feeling unsupported.
