We’re pleased to hear you’re happy with the food, but we’re genuinely sorry that the delivery experience has been so consistently frustrating. We completely understand your concerns about parcels being left in unsuitable places, delays, damage and deliveries to the wrong address. Frozen food needs to be handled with care, and we appreciate how worrying it is when a delivery is left in the sun, particularly during hot weather. We will certainly raise these repeated issues with DHL. We’re also sorry we weren’t able to accommodate your request to split the order into two boxes without an additional charge. We understand why a 25kg box can be difficult to move, and we appreciate the amount you spend with us. We’re grateful for your custom and disappointed that the delivery issues have left you considering alternatives. Hi Jason, Thanks for the feedback. We’re sorry the selection in your box wasn’t as varied as you expected, especially when your dog has clearly had enough of chicken! We completely understand the disappointment when you’re looking forward to a good mix of flavours. Our mixed selections can contain several recipes that include chicken, but we appreciate that the balance you received wasn’t what you were hoping for.
