Hi Carrie, Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your last delivery arrived around 75% defrosted. Our products are transported in insulated, fully recyclable cardboard boxes with dry ice packs, which are designed to keep the food at a safe temperature throughout transit without the need for refrigerated vehicles. By delivering this way and utilising an affordable courier network, we're able to keep our service accessible and affordable for customers while remaining committed to our sustainability responsibilities as a company. While this delivery method works well for the vast majority of orders, we appreciate it won't suit everyone. For those where this is a deciding factor, there are local collection options available in many areas that may be a better fit. If your order ever arrives and you have any concerns about its condition, please contact our Customer Support team at support@prodograw.com as soon as possible. They'll be happy to assess the situation and help resolve any issues. Your order confirmation email is actually your ticket, so there's no need to print or wait for anything else, just bring the confirmation with you (either on your phone or printed) and show it at the gates on arrival.
