We’d like to clarify that when the delivery arrived, would still be within the safe temperature range and perfectly fine to use. However, the delivery was refused without inspection, meaning we could not verify the condition of the items. As such, and in line with our policy, we were unable to proceed with a refund.
Despite this, and as a gesture of goodwill, we offered you a £15 voucher toward your next order. We understand this may not have met your expectations, but it was extended with sincere intent to acknowledge the inconvenience.
With respect, we also ask that our staff are treated with courtesy, using abusive language is unacceptable. Our team are here to help and deserve to be treated with the same respect they strive to show all our customers.
