Dear Jamie - thank you for your kind review and valued order for the Ebara seal kit. I am sorry that you had an issue with the carriage but my colleague James did point out to you that Ebara offer registered post at £10 which is not guaranteed and not trackable or next day carrier at £20 and as you needed for next day you decided to go for this option. Unfortunately £20 is the lowest charge Ebara offer for next day carriage and this covers up to 20 kilos. I hope this clarifies and thank you once again. Best Regards Dale Moxon
