We appreciate your feedback and are very pleased that overall you enjoyed your stay. We do apologize for the inconvenience with the garage door - these things are out of our control, but we did react promptly and the service technicians had the repair completed within an hour and 30 minutes. We are very disappointed that you felt that there was little concern for your travel plans, as our associate on site offered to pay for your travel to the airport, however we understood that you had plans to visit family prior to your scheduled departure and that they would come to pick you up and return later to retrieve their second vehicle. Our associate in Moncton will be in touch with you to discuss this situation further as there surely has been a misunderstanding of the discussion. We truly value your loyalty to Premiere Suites and that you have chosen us for your annual holiday visits with family and we very much look forward to hosting you again in 2020.
