How do we deal with fake reviews?

Clean and secure place. Just one negative point : toilet paper : 2 for 2 women? In hotels when I ask for more, they provide.

We are very happy to know that you enjoyed your accommodations with us. For your convenience we have supplied you with some of the necessary consumables such as toilet paper, dish washer tabs, laundry detergent, etc. until you would have had an opportunity to go shopping for your preferred brands. Please note that our suites are “self-catering” and these items are not typically replenished. We do hope that we have an opportunity to host you again the future. Please stay safe.
