We do apologize for these issues. We can assure you that we have investigated and addressed all communication gaps. Our Operations Manager has been in touch with you directly to offer compensation in lieu of these deficiencies. We value your comments and take this type of feedback seriously.

We are very disappointed to learn that you had been unhappy with the value of your stay with us at Premiere Suites, especially when our clients have turned to us for over 20 years, indicating that they do so time and time again for the very fact that, at just dollars above the average nightly hotel rate, that it is the value, not only of having upwards of 400 sq. feet more living space as compared to a hotel room, but largely the costs saving and quality of life that comes with a home away from home that includes; a fully equipped kitchen with full sized appliances, in-suite washer and dryer, a cozy living room, separate dining area, designated workspace and complimentary WIFI and cable, to just name a few of our standard amenities, and what they appreciate most of their time spent with us.

Thank you for providing us with this information. While we were aware of some of the deficiencies (the suite was scheduled for a major rejuvenation), a full inspection of the suite after your departure had been completed and we are in the process of implementing many upgrades. Your assessment of the desk is much appreciated as we will also address that. Receiving these recommendations from our guests who are actually living in the suites is invaluable to us, and while it is disappointing that there were a number of flaws, we are very happy to know that you would return and we look forward to having you back! We do apologize for this inconvenience and would like to assure you that we would have happily replaced all of the linens for you had we been made aware and provided you with an air purifier to help eliminate the scent.
