We're sorry that you've had a bad recent experience with our new wet food, and although we can assure you it's made with the highest quality ingredients, we know that customers haven't been as happy with it. Therefore we're making the effort to switch back to the taste and texture of our old recipe. We're sorry that this has affected you but we should be back to the original taste and texture by the end of November - we are very keen to get it back to its best so are taking time to make sure this happens.
