Our website clearly states our returns process and policy. The returns form also details the policy regarding products being returned in 'new and clean condition'. Our web advises to allow 2 weeks to process refunds, but we processed your refund 10th July. Our QC team requested more time as the shirt was not received at Knox in a clean condition as our returns policy requires. The condition of your returned shirt suggested it had been worn and we cannot accept worn products.
