Royal Mail have marked your missing Wall Planner as delivered on the same date as the rest of your order (this was sent separately in a poster tube), but looking at the tracking it seems as though they've delivered this to an incorrect address. I'm so sorry for all of the hassle caused by this, I'll investigate and get in touch shortly with a solution for you :)
