The item was ordered on the 3rd May but has not arrived by the 10th May. I also wonder why the postage is so expensive, considering I have posted similar size/weight items for half the price.

Thanks for your feedback. I've checked your tracking and Royal Mail have delivered your item today so hopefully this has now been sorted. We've been really busy in the past week or so which has resulted in a slight delay, I'm so sorry for any inconvenience caused by this. When shipping we exclusively use tracked services to make sure that our parcels arrive safely, which is slightly more expensive. The amount that we charged for shipping on your order was less than it cost us to package and send your diary to Northern Ireland.
