Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. Our Designer Planners are taking a little longer to be delivered than our other products as they are custom printed to order. You should have been receiving updates from us throughout the dispatch process, but we have recently noticed an error that was stopping these updates being sent out. We have now fixed this to make sure that our customers are kept aware of the progress of their order, and I'll get in touch with you directly now to provide you with the tracking for your parcel :)

The diaries we ordered arrived as promised and the updates were very helpful.
