We launched a new website on 5th June and understand that your order was placed on 6th June. We do apologise that the store was not able to locate your order and I wish to reassure you that full training has now been provided to ensure the click-and-collect process runs a lot more smoothly. We sadly did experience some downtime during the launch of the system, however, we are thrilled to say that this has now been fully resolved and will not happen again to you or anyone else in the future.
