Good product but delivery on the wrong date

The only delivery problem is I asked for Saturday delivery but it gave me a one hour time slot that cannot be changed on Friday. Nobody was at home and I rushed back but it didn't deliver on the one...

We are very sorry to hear that DPD delivered your order earlier than expected and not on the day you requested. DPD are known for their speedy and reliable delivery service but unfortunately, they were a little too efficient on this occasion and we apologise for the inconvenience and frustration this caused. DPD absolutely should have given you the option of rearranging the delivery once it was dispatched and we will be raising this with our account manager to find out why this wasn't the case on this occasion. We do apologise again for any disappointment and it's wonderful to hear that your dog is still enjoying the Canagan grass fed lamb.

Very good.....it's just a shame you have to buy 10 of each Devini variety as Noman adores them all! He also has McAdams free range dried chicken which I can crumble up and add to his wet food.
