Having investigated this, we can see that this order was placed after our Thursday cut-off, with a Next Working Day delivery service selected. Unfortunately, due to the bank holiday, the earliest available delivery date was a Tuesday — something that should have been indicated during checkout and in the confirmation email; we are sorry if this was not visible.
We understand how frustrating delays can be, and we can see that our customer support team arranged a reorder with an earlier delivery day to help get your order to you as soon as possible. Regrettably, it seems that DPD experienced unforeseen delays which prevented this from getting to you sooner, and we're very sorry for the inconvenience this caused.
