Efficient claims
My kitten racked up an $800 bill in one consult to investigate his illness. I put in a claim the next day and received an acknowledgement email, and the money was reimbursed to me the following day...

They're super evasive and emails have a threatening tone. It takes weeks and weeks to process claims. I'm considering changing to a better pet insurance, its so far been a disappointing experience
