Rather put out that after my purchase there was no further acknowledgement. No notification of failure or reciept.

We're so sorry to hear that your order was not delivered - I just looked up your order and can see that it was delivered to a business - it's likely that your order was left at reception and not delivered to the recipient, so may I ask that if this happens again to please contact us so we can follow this up for you?
